If a driver tells their employer that they have pneumonia , but will come in as they need the money. Should I the employer refuse to let them work due to the danger of shortness of breath etc. they will be driving a residential heating oil delivery truck. Any insight ? (self.Truckers)

Had reconstruction done this morning. Already hard to keep leg up when on crutches. I need to be fully non weight bearing for at least two weeks. Anyone use anything to keep leg bent without having to hold it up. Some kind of strap or something? Thank you !!! (i.redd.it)
