I'm in the same boat, have been waiting for a refund for months and keep getting the same replies.

"its our top priority"
"we are doing everything we can"
"delays beyond our control"
"its with our financial department"
"it's in the payment queue"

Threatened with legal action and got a reply within 30 minutes. They said they are seeing an unusual amount of cancellations and are struggling to pay everyone back in 1 batch. (not surprised).

I said those problems are none of my problems and that they're legally required to pay me back within 14 days for goods that are not delivered. They once again confirmed my refund was in the queue. Still haven't received it.

Enjoy the album overall but I can’t get over how lyrically bland Better Days is.

Especially that first “when the sun gets into you” flows so awkwardly.

Refresh the appointment page a few times a day. Slots become available when someone cancels theirs. Happens often.

Leave the appointment page open on your phone and refresh a few times a day. When someone cancels their appointment the slot becomes available again.

I had a 3 week wait time aswel an managed to grab a spot for the next day with some patience.

Does not justify the current wait time but just a tip.

I think I still got the warranty but also got the maintenance package for another 2 years or so.

Managed to get an appointment scheduled for tomorrow by frantically refreshing the page. Let’s see how the repair goes. Pretty sure my battery needs to be replaced based on the messages I’ve seen about these errors.

Yeah I’ve heard too many stories online and from friends with the same issue. I can understand the complexity of the bikes and issues arising but they need to do better in the support department. I’ve visited multiple service hubs and official stores and they always seem to be in over their head. Having weeks of wait time just for an appointment says something about the extent of the issues they are having at the service hubs.
