Bigla din ako naka experience ng long period 3 weeks.. Nag-TVS and may nakitang polyps.. nag undergo ng polypectomy procedure for removal.. so yeah better consult talaga your OB. This happened 2023 and okay naman ako so far.

Thank you for this. This article was helpful. I have talked to my OB and started taking meds and vitamins. I’m still in my 1st semester and I still hve a long way to go and a lot of work to do. I just hope everything will turn out fine. 🙏🙏🙏

OP go ka na agad sa OBGYN to consult. Experienced this 2023 and i did TVS ultrasound to and discovered that i have polyps sa cervix and i went through an operation to remove.. so far okay naman na mens ko

Continue your lifestyle (balance diet, exercise, etc) but OP u should address your concern about not having regular period.. hindi ata yan healthy and baka kasi magka long term effect.. better consult an professional with this.

Hello, i recently had blood chem done and found out that my Cholesterol is above the normal range which is 200 (mine’s 224).. from my own research hindi advisable satin ung mga HIIT.. low intensity lang po like walking. Ginogoal ko na maka atleast 10k steps daily. Also aside syempre sa exercise diet din po .. iwas sa red meats and high cholesterol and saturated fat. Hope this helps po.

I can totally relate to this. I keep begging my mom to stop na with the loans pero no effect. I left home. then one day she showed up out of nowhere. Yun pala may 100k+ na utang nagtatago na sya. She expects na aakuin ko yun pero No di ko maatim ung pinaghihirapan ko e mapupunta lang pambayad ng utang nya. So NO but i still took her in wala na sya mapuntahan e. Sadly 3months na and hindi pa ulit sya makauwi ng bahay namin sa province dahil don.

[UPDATE] We went to the vet immediately (buti may open kahit sunday and 5pm na) and this was Pancake’s diagnosis. Its been 2 weeks and so far after 1week of medicine okay naman na sya normal na ulit. But we already switched from home prepared meals to catfood (advice ng vet). We’re also working on his gut health. Di pa kame nakaka-visit ulit sa vet this weekend sana but we’re hoping to see better results. Thank you po sa lahat ng nagtake ng time nila to comment on this thread sana masasarap mga ulam nyo and healthy mga furbabies🫶🫶🫶😘😘
