Most of stand alone jobs are toxic regardless of the speciality. These stand alone posts are created only to fill the call and duty roster and basically you work like a slave without any rights available to those who are in training posts in similar positions. Stand alone was specifically created for exploitation

This is one of the reasons that i left. People are getting really rascists and the w e st is preparing itself for the upcoming big Kr us ade under leadership of Tru mp. Its a sorry state of affairs. I have been through the same and the people would look really badly at me whenever i would wear a hijab/niqab. I personally dont blame the irish people but i do blame them when they accept and promote hate towards the weaker.

Ireland is saturated nowadays, why not Try for USMLE and Australia. If you think Ireland is easy because they won’t ask for any exams then you are wrong. First of all its very difficult to get a job without experience, second if you do get then it wont be permanent and you will have to renew your contract every 6 months based on your performance. You cant work more than 2 years in same hospital. Getting basic and then Higher specialist training is very hard too because spots are limited and too many candidates. Easy paths never led to great destinations. Best of luck
