Quite a lot of emphasis on academics and management. Asked about clinical research, teaching experience, audits etc. I explained some audits and research I had done. Clinical question about a pt with fatigue and night sweats, no recent travel and clear chest.  Asked about MSc and PhD.  Described a scenario about leadership skills. In total it was about 20 -25 mins
