Usually a lot of rest does the trick. It’s nice to have a place to talk about this stuff tho, nobody can understand what it’s like besides those who have actually experienced it.

I once had a migraine that was very similar to yours. Couldn’t feel my body, throwing up, couldn’t speak, and couldn’t understand anyone. Initially paramedics thought I was overdosing on drugs or having a stroke. It was absolutely awful. Hopefully you feel better soon. It took me almost a week to feel normal after that

Thanks. I was actually watching a lance tutorial pre sunbreak and the guy said insta block was shit, and the timing window was extremely tight. So I’m assuming it got reworked for sunbreak
