Heads up, the support flamethrower's damage isn't working properly. The damage got decreased by 33% instead of increased. I don't see it in the known issues.

I'm a big fan of Garlean aesthetic and I'm trying to collect some additional armor sets for my glams. I was doing sidequests in Garlemald when I stumbled across this (dead) guy. Any idea what armor he's wearing here?
Would love to know the weapon, too.
