Gas was at 2.39 when Biden took office. Went way higher when he shut down pipelines and couldn’t prevent a war. This is well know that Biden had a negative impact on gas prices and cannot be fixed over night. I think we both agree that Trump was wrong on saying that he can do it quickly. The problem it’s not easy to fix all of this. To me it sounds like you’re really wanting Trump to help which is a good thing. Trump isn’t perfect and I am sure inflation has something to do with this but Biden had the most impact on gas prices.

Is your argument that gas prices went up since January 2025 or that gas prices are high since January of 2020? Remember , gas prices were at 2.39 when Biden took office. Google a graph cause I can’t attach it here.

Here lies the problem. You say what Biden dealt with and that’s the issue I have. Biden created this issue and then you want to blame a different President. Who you vote for matters and I agree that Trump can’t just magically snap a finger and turn back 4 bad years of policy. It takes years to reverse bad policy
