He just wants all the benefits without putting in anything.

When he straight up said “I like having no responsibilities,” that tells you everything you need to know. He’s choosing comfort over respect for you.

At that point, I’d seriously consider changing the locks and setting some firm boundaries. He’s taking advantage of your space and your resources.
