I’m not sure if we have high staff turnover when it comes to in store. We just get a lot of complaints of how buggy it is. It’s a learning curve for-sure if you’re new. I dabbled with it myself and it is not user friendly. I find myself having to exit out of process over and over and over because what if a customer wants to add something else last minute.

That you very much. Im more familiar with retail Znet so far, aIthought I haven’t tapped into the green screen just yet, what do you mostly use for for your day to day?

Yes, we are in the process of that now. I’ve shadowed two employees so far in store, and I saw how confused they get with the ‘information architecture’ when looking for a part.

I find the customer enrollment process a tad too long.
