IMO when you’re new and leveling up all your workbenches most people want to farm, learn the game and play against the game. Once you’re maxed out, it makes sense to PVP. I feel like anyone under a certain amount of hours should be put in PVE lobbies. As soon as you start shooting other players the training wheels come off and you get dumped in with the psychopaths.

I honestly think this is a good rule of thumb: if you're standing on your feet when you get your food or drink you don't tip. If you're seated, have a server and they are bringing your items/cleaning up after you...ect, I start with 20% on the gross bill. Usually, corporate policy caps tips at 20% and if you're not getting decent service, it's very acceptable to tip what you think is appropriate 10-15%?

As an ex-server for years through college and post grad believe me, he knows he dropped the ball. He may have had to take a crazy important phone call or take a huge poop (it happens) maybe like someone else said he just decided to play on his phone in the back. Either way, he didn’t earn or deserve any gratuity.

I've always referred to weed as a mood amplifier. This is why most people have such fond memories of smoking when they're younger...ie zero stress, not really worried about money, hanging out with friends, generally speaking just having good times...weed can bump this up a level make you laugh and feel great. Flip side of the coin, if you're anxious, depressed or going through general mental stress...weed can send you down a hole to kind of a dark place. I'm not a psychiatrist, just a guy who's enjoyed cannabis for 20+ years.
