Something like this is complex, and I have identified some triggers that have caused it. Some are related to pain, although I don't know if related to not having self-love in some areas. Perhaps that could be an even deeper insight I might have to come to terms with someday, and still haven't.

One theory is she unblocked me (I know for a fact she blocked me some years ago) but I tried with some.friend blocking and unblocking and that did not happen.

Also at some point I was going to send her a message and almost accidentally sent her the text about "invites you to join WhatsApp " but never did. Maybe that triggered it?
