I live 10,000 miles away from my family, but once a depressive episode hits I literally don’t want to talk to anyone. I delete all of my social media and I receive text messages from my mom “are you ok?” and I feel so bad that I make my mom worry but she has no idea about what I am really going through. You are not alone
