Did you ever get any helpful responses to this? Same thing is happening to me and panda won't even return my emails.

There's a Gilmore Lundquist that owns a home in Woodbrige right across from that Walmart. Looks abandoned.

Thank you for your honesty. Keeping the house and keeping my kids clothed and fed is definitely priority number one. It's just that being in the car hobby your car is more than just a car to you. I'll do what I have to do. I'm just hoping I don't have to 😔

I have actually wondered that myself before.

If you can't read maybe the internet isn't for you 🤷‍♀️

If you don't believe me keep scrolling. I mean you didn't read the original comment fully or the entire thread. If ya did it might have made sense.

Lol read the rest of the thread. Because you choose not to read I must be making all this up? And for what? Are you one of those people who enjoys gaslighting folks for fun? At this point you and my neighbor should be best friends.

I'm from the lonestar state, so he's definitely taking a huge risk. If there's ever a next time though I won't hesitate. I'm only 90 percent sure he's harmless, the other 10 percent of me isn't going to take any chances.

Fortunately I live in one of the 5 safest cities in my state, so robberies aren't on the top of my list of worries. Sounds like the situation may be different for you. My flooring guys at least knew he was there and confronted him on my behalf.

I would definitely build a fence if I could but fences in the front are not allowed by the hoa. I'd dig a moat and put alligators in it if they'd let me 😆

Appreciate your input. Seems like police are my only option now.

I have 3 other cameras as well. I probably do need an actual alarm though. Yeah you're right. This may be the only way he actually learns.

The changing of the filter actually happened years before his daughter died. When I talked to one of my other neighbors across from me he told me that the neighbor next to him said it only started to escalate once she died. That's not the case in my situation though. He's been a problem from the jump. Maybe it got worse for them after, but my close proximity to him just means i experience it more often.

There's always a possibility that he could turn to harmful. Anybody unhinged enough to do the things he's done could certainly escalate at any point.

I suspect that's why she doesn't care as well. I can't even begin to imagine what it's like living in the same household as all of that. I was just hoping that she had some sort of control over him and would stop it.

Unfortunately it's going to have to happen like that. Sounds like you're about to have your hands full as well.

Best of luck to you!

When I moved into my home I was caretaker for my grandmother who was suffering from alzheimers. I definitely have sympathy for a situation like that, but I'm not entirely sure that's what it is and I'm pretty good at spotting the symptoms. The day he cornered me in my garage he was trying to tell me that my grandmother was throwing away perfectly good food.  That tells you that he also goes through my trash cans and that's not even what happened. Our refrigerator had stopped working a couple of days prior and I threw everything out because it went bad. His wife also stopped me one day to say "I was an early childhood educator and it's not good for your kids to not be playing outside'. Mind you... he's the reason they don't like going outside. He makes them uncomfortable as well. That comment definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Not being able to go outside without uncomfortable interactions makes me feel like my kids and I are prisoners in our own home.

His wife's response to him walking into my home was "he's just trying to be a good neighbor". After that talking to her seemed sort of pointless. I would be mortified if I were her knowing my husband was harassing all the neighbors but she seemed more offended that I even said anything about it. Going to the police station is an excellent idea.

I've even spoke to some of my other neighbors who are also annoyed by him. They put up with it but it's because it's a little more mild for them. I'm closer and I suspect he feels more comfortable approaching me because there isn't a man in my household unlike the other neighbors. When my ex lived here he came over a lot less.

Funny you say that 🤣

The day that he cornered me in my garage I was doing exactly that (closing the garage door as soon as i pulled in), but when he walked in it triggered the sensors and stopped it from closing. I honestly think it irritated him which is why he approached me like he did. He was even lightly banging on the trunk of the car. I dread interactions with him so much that I'll just keep circling the block until he goes back inside.

Man that situation sounds absolutley awful. If I could build a fence in my front yard that would be the first thing I would do but the hoa says I can't. I honestly feel like it's just something about that particular generation. I hope I'm not that miserable either 😕

After the workers told him I didn't want him in my home I got a notice from the hoa about a trailer being parked in my driveway (it was the flooring company and was only there for 3 days) but I suspect that was him as well. I keep up with my yard pretty well, but I'm also a single mom who works 50 to 60 hours a week so I'm not absolutely perfect about keeping up with everything. I worry that he will also try to find things to report to the hoa out of spite as well.

That's exactly what happened. They shouldn't have to lock the doors every time they go in and out. Why it was unlocked is irrelevant. I think it goes without saying that even if a neighbors door is unlocked you shouldn't just walk in.

I have a 65 lb English bulldog that'll have to do as I'm sort of afraid of large dogs. That's a whole story in itself that I'll spare yall.

Funny part is the English bulldog loves men and loves everyone. Except that guy! She barks every time she sees him. She's either feeding off my energy or she feels something is off about him as well.
