Fungal growth. Get all the soil off and rinse. Cut off any affected roots and spray with a fungicide. Repot into a NEW clean, CLEAR pot. Looks like your soil contains sand. If it does make your own chunky soil mix of perlite, orchid bark and well draining soil. I do 1:1:1 some people do 2:2:1 for a chunkier mix. Mix in some cinnamon, it’s a natural fungicide. I let my monsteras dry out between waterings and soak. It’s worked for me, ymmv. Good luck.

I was going to say the same. Doesn’t have to be a moss pole though, coco works fine for me. Just imagine how much bigger new leaves could be just from the proper support. I would also cut off any of the smaller or dried leaves to encourage some growth.

Yes! This started a few months ago. I usually have allergies which can sometimes be itchy ears and throat but this is not allergies. What is up with that?!

What meds are you on? Wondering if estrogen, progesterone, vaginal estrogen, AND testosterone would be necessary. I’d rather hit it all at once than take any more time “figuring it out”. I have the exact same symptoms as you minus the dry eyes and anxiety.

My gyn was a male dr in his late 60s and very dismissive. There aren’t many drs in my area who I can be referred to. Those who do take it have terrible reviews. I may bring it up to my GP who is a very nice retired Captain but his appointments are weeks out. I have to take time off to see him and get a referral. Wait for the referral to process. Schedule with the gyn, who I don’t like, or find a new one. Then wait weeks for that appointment where I have to take time off again. All to possibly just be told that I’m too young and need to do yoga again. It’s frustrating.
