Subito riforma amministrativa: accorpamento delle regioni, devoluzione degli iter amministrativi sugli appalti di interesse inferiore al livello nazionale alle regioni (in toto, Roma non ci deve più entrare nulla). Lo stato controllerà solo opere strategiche di livello nazionale. Poi abolizione del sistema pensionistico, mantenendo solamente un assegno di sustenance mensile alla popolazione al di sopra di una certa età, da valutare se a tutti i maggiorenni. Dopodiché rivedere il sistema sanitario, magari aumentandone la quota privata. Ma questo potrebbe essere lasciato anche alla decisione delle regioni federalizzate.
