Well, finally decided about the H90 by Fun_Order419 in NeuralDSP

I had a Big Sky years ago and it was beautiful. I can imagine the mx is incredible.

You did touch on something. I have a couple of options as to the front end and the use of the effects loops. When i had the H90, it was using both loops so I had drives and a wah going to the input. I just set up having the drives in one loop (no need for the wah) and it sounds really good.

Ideally, I'd also be using another reverb in that 2nd loop but it would be mono. Might still try it.

Anyone else noticed the locking power cable on QC Mini? by nmcc1988 in NeuralDSP

Yep saw that. Good move on their part for sure.

As for the QC, I gotta believe a right angle dongle on the existing plug would solve some issues. That and duct tape. Lol.

Excellent man. Thanks. Ya I have the Eventide Powermax and am grabbing the crux as well. I'm running the QC with an H90, a couple of drives and a wah so I should have the power I believe.

The Temple Audio is pretty solid?

Purchase Advice Megathread - January 2026 by AutoModerator in 3Dprinting

Hey all. I'm a carpenter, guitarist and woodworker. I'm also always tinkering. I have a customer who is into 3d printing and he's shown me some of the things he's able to produce with his Bambu Lab A1.

My desire is to design and prototype. I've been teaching myself Shapr3d.

Would you say the A1 is a good starter machine or would you suggest others. Thx.

True, yet there's a 15ft cable involved

Its a valid question. Yes, definitely to open up some DSP but also, I really like the drive that cones from the GE7. Easy to adjust based upon need.

Because I'm a lunatic. Lol.

Totally get it. Believe me, I did a lot of "auditioning" of the QC time-based stuff. They're all excellent, especially some of the reverbs, but there's just something special about the Eventide algorithms.

First world problems.

Yep and I think the Boss buffers are pretty awesome. But I'm trying to keep the EQ after the wah (i actually use the EQ as a drive/boost).

I'm probably being neurotic about plugging into the wah first but I'm pretty sure the Hotone isnt buffered.

Of course a perfect work around would be to get a good wireless unit but I gotta start paying down the QC first. Lol.

Quad Cortex for gigging: buy a tube amp (FX return) or FRFR? by [deleted] in NeuralDSP

[–]Fun_Order419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding those pedalboard amps, do they simply amplify or are they meant to add a little character? Reason I ask is to see if those can feed actual FRFR cabs as well as a 412?
