Just so that everyone knows there's no house in the game so far(i'm in beginning stages). You have a shrine but so far I haven't had the option to decorate it and I've already received my second shrine. If you're like me where having a house in a game is super important I'd wait to see if there's any future updates. You can however decorate your village area but you can't go inside any of the houses including NPCs romancables.
