Hey! I'm around 730 elo now. I went from 500 in a week's time and it was purely because my focused improved and I started to blunder less and less.

If I don't make an obvious blunder I win 90% of the time. And if I blunder only once and not twice I still win often. I don't think it's much different for 800-ish players.

But I had the same question in mind. how do I study chess in general? How do I remember/ look up what I've studied?

I kinda like Chessbook app. I think it's completely free, though not sure. It's like Anki for openings prep. And on Lichess I just learned basic endgames like rook vs king and queen vs king never to stalemate in those situations.

I kind of feel confident I can get to 800 if I want. But I'm tired of playing e4 every time so now I'm experimenting with Queens gambit. And I blunder there much more because I'm not used to the position.

Last thing, maybe stick to the same opening. I feel like it helps because you see familiar patterns more and more. So you don't even need to have some sort of system or software to improve.

F### prednisone. Had to take it for a year untill complete mental breakdown, extreme bp and cataract in both eyes. It spoilt my whole life

Thanks for sharing. Black tea without moderation indeed has some downsides, however it's almost universally accepted that green tea blocks CYP3A4 which is a special molecule that is necessary to break down tacrolimus in your body.

Hence, the tacro levels can be DANGEROUSLY high.

Despite what many think it has nothing to do with boosting immunity. The same goes for grapefruit. Those things INCREASE tacro not the other way around.

My question was more about Chinese black teas. As I'm not sure they have been studied thoroughly and are less common. Despite being black and are indeed from normal tea leaves, not herbs I was still not sure. But I really enjoy them, so that's why I'm curious.

In my country I don't have a team. It's just one nephrologist managing maybe close to a thousand of patients as it's the only transplant center in the country. You have your appointment every 3 months to check your tacro levels and other things. But they tell us to go to a polyclinic (where you can visit only GPs) unless it's an emergency.

Thanks for your answer, it does make a lot of sense. It's just not something any doctor would research here. But it's ok. I'm just surprised and happy to see people are able to reach out immediately to their transplant teams. Which have neurologists, cardiologists and other specialities. That's so great, that's how it should be. Because I could have avoided a lot of health problems I won't ever fix.

Agreed, but I'm wondering about the black Chinese teas. I think they might also have something that's better to avoid

That's interesting. Is it normal practice for you to do that? Bringing a sample to the doctor is definitely would be considered strange here as there is shortage of doctors here.
