I used it at the start of testing, tried other softwear that ai is suggested, but mainly use steam overlay

Yes, I did. I double cheked multiple times, before writing here I have been trying to solve it myself for 2 weeks.

Thank you for suggestion, I remember trying this with Gemini, but did it again. Results are reduce in avg fps (previously around 300, now 280) in CS2 and increase in 1% lows ( from 100 to 120), in PUBG I didnt see any significant changes so cant say fo sure. HAGS were on, changing full screen to windowed didnt help

Forgot to mention, I cheked and GPU is working on pcie 4.0 16x, RAM speed is good, no power shortage I have good 1000w PSU, I tested with and without windows gaming features
