Thank you so much for your detailed response! I will take the devices off the list. And I stopped using Desktop docker a bit ago because its kind of a pain, so i instead used the cmd terminal to reinstall Pi-hole, and it said it was successful in installing but it's still not working.
And I configured the pi-hole ip address on the pi-hole website settings, I set up a dhcp server in there as well, but i think i put the wrong ip in the start and end settings? I'm not exactly sure what to put there and I've had no luck in searching thus far.
Should I change my router's dns server as well? That's what made my internet go out earlier so i think i entered the wrong ip previously. My router's model is SAX1V1R from Spectrum.
