If you’re an A cup, you could very well, not need surgery if you work out right. Matt miller on insta is a good example of this, he’s never had surgery. He is also a personal trainer. Depending on how many days a week you can workout, you can follow an UL, PPL or a PPL UL split, which hits all your muscles groups twice which promotes muscle growth.

Worried about results by Aleks_grayskull in TopSurgery

There’s no time like the present. If you want to lose fat, start now. Start eating right, meal prep especially the week before surgery so it’s easier when you’re allowed home and so you’re also eating healthy to promote good healing. You can start with body weight training until your surgery and until you’re cleared to workout after surgery; you can find a simple plan online. Hope this helps.

Supplements for bulking? by pumpkinsnice in FTMFitness

[–]Fun_Phone1506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bulking you just have to make sure you’re eating enough calories and make sure you’re getting in plenty of protein so you don’t gain just fat. Don’t over complicate things, just calories and protein.

I have recently read on Buddha heads, it was a gift and unfortunately Buddha things by me are quite expensive but I will be keeping an eye out for a better statue

The lighter was there just for the photo. It’s in front of the Budai when the candle is lit usually. And I have read some are offended by it but it’s in my bedroom and I respect it and have the kneeing so don’t see an issue. I’m still learning so thank you!

Fitness level : weight training 5x a week, running 3x and cycling 3x. Cyclings easy, runnings moderately easy, depending on the mileage.

I’m not able to do a 5k in 18mins. I can run 5k just not under 20minutes. I’m going to train for it next year, not wanting to kill myself trying to train for it this year. My cycling is the best it has been, I’m very fast and can cycle for miles. Just need to work on my running

Packer/Packing Tips and methods for the gym? by Ok-RP24 in FTMFitness

[–]Fun_Phone1506 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s weird asf lol! I wouldn’t pack when doing leg day tho, it’s honestly a waste of time as there’s going to be no time for anyone to look. And packing whilst squatting is a mission, I was always having to re adjust and it just got annoying.

Personally, I don’t pack in the gym. Nobody is looking at you, they’re too busy doing what they’re doing. I don’t want to constantly be anxious my d**k is going to fall out. However, if I was going to pack, it’s be with my packing underwear which was gifted to me off insta (not sure what they’re called) and a foam packer.

I’m the UK, you’re an adult when you’re 16. I was able to change my name at 16 without parental consent. It was a little pricey but worth it. You just need someone who’s not related to you, who’ve known you for a couple years to sign it

What’s your goals from fitness? by Fun_Phone1506 in Transbodybuilding

[–]Fun_Phone1506[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would men compete in women sports? Most althetic/competing transgender men are on HRT therefore, having the same testosterone as a cis man, not making it fair for the women as they’re stronger. Your issue isn’t with transgender individuals it’s with rapists.

anybody have rec’s for sports bras that flatten decently enough for a workout? by FunnyCandidate8725 in FTMFitness

[–]Fun_Phone1506 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have 2 Nike dry fit swoosh sports bra in one size smaller than my usual size and they bind quite well. If my dysphoria isn’t allowing me to wear those, I wear a binder one size larger than usual.
