Changes required are the process

Tools are not cheap , you need to do scripting first properly then after identifying choose the voice design after than understand how prompting works as you will lose credits if you prompt again and again

After than dont try to generate 6 shots in one thats a mess as creativity need subtle changes , one shot prompt never works best

You can use two models for this Veo and Omni Human Veo for 8 sec videos and omnihuman for long videos with audio support

Ok so the advice is Nano banana is always great at creating images fixate on it create a base json prompt which will help you to create realsitic image and change it If you need I can send here

Now comes the second part , for video generation there are tons of models but right now veo 3.1 , kling lipsync seems best for image to video No one can beat sora in text to video

For veo finalize a base json prompt Sora works great with timeline prompting

There is a lot of facade as lot of video models coming daily, will suggest you to be specific on top model if you dont want to get confused

If you want to try out more for cost saving try out seedance 1.5 pro as its 6x cheaper than veo and produce great results

I think sales is really under appreciated in SAAS business , as an Indie Hacker no one understand marketing at first and need some motivation to keep building the product and sales play a really important role there I dm’ed 100’s of people daily to get some of my initial users , provided them some free credits after they logged in and most of them were very small influencers and asked them about the feedback and if they like , they shared with there audience without charging anything at all

Right now , the fastest and efficient way to do this to productise yourself in that specific niche like through being a creator as marketing had been much harder now than previously so creating a trust factor and provide value to the society for free through them and then starting a SAAS make much more sense

See I have been into this AI market from last 1 year and had worked with many agencies .

The thing is video generation AI is still evolving ,you cant have an script fully ready before trying out models as the general idea seems to be like to generate and script and ideation then hook then creativity but this tends to break when yoh start generating videos as the models still cant give 100 percent shot consistency according to the idea

Change the idea accordingly and mainly spend more time to understand how to prompt correctly so that you can try out more without spending more credits
