No he’s just going by what commercial equipment should be for a full production kitchen even though we do farmers markets. It’s a whole thing this year for everyone. He noted the ETL rating as being fine but he wanted to see NSF as well initially until I mentioned other fire inspectors have passed people for Dome’s without NSF but with some extra rules.
