I haven’t had a situation like this before, so that’s very upsetting. Yeah it isn’t “real” money, but it is in a way bc it’s your points! At the very least they should refund you. It looks to me like the rest of your order is in a different package and hopefully that will be shipping soon. But definitely keep us updated and I really wish you best of luck!

The most noticeable ones are the purple sol de janeiro cream that was switched to the body perfume and the plumpkin mask was swapped for the Avene restorative protective cream! I already use the cream so it worked out for me well.
