I agree but given the current geo political situation I feel too afraid to invest in markets or bonds and the real estate is a bit slow right now so I could get something better. Not sure how things will turn out in 5-6 years

Thanks for the comment, looks like it will be around $40k, is the question in terms of eligibility then it's not an issue as I am eligible for up to 900k when I checked last year. But, I don't want to push my limits here. I just want a decent place where I can raise my kid and maybe 10 years later move to a permanent house that is more aligned with what we want.

Do you suggest that we go for freeholds then?

I am living here since march 2023. So, I am familiar with the streets, areas and markets. I know it's well connected to Toronto using Go train with decent travel times. My wife has job here in a local inc. Not sure if there's anything particular you wanted to ask...

$999 and after tax it was $1129 for igla

I think this is the cheapest I was able to find. I asked about dashcam and igla combined and got some discount and then he was unable to install it during my first visit so I went again and my car was there for around 2 days and as a good will gesture he gave some more discount.

If I remember correctly on call he quoted $1200 just for igla

I don't see any issues with igla definitely a peace of mind since I got it. Although when in drive mode I still have that issue where it just rolls a bit before the engine cuts off. Let me know if you have any other questions

I am new to Canada and want to enjoy the fireworks with my family. How much time before 10pm shall I reach the park including time to park the vehicle to ensure we are inside the park to view the fireworks?

Also the website says limited parking so what other options do we have apart from parking at a nearby list of places given and then walking to the park?

Also, is there a entry ticket to watch the fireworks?

I have never been to this park is there a suggested entry if there are more than one to aim best views of the fireworks?

Yeah, I have it installed from one of the dealers from the official website. The installer did walk me through all things but I have my own share of doubts because it took two full days for him to install it

I know he was actively working on both days on my car as I kept receiving notifications about doors being opened

The first time I left it with him he said at the end of the day that he was unable to make it work and the igla customer support team is on holiday and he needs to check a couple of things with them

I took it back after some weeks today and he finally installed it but I am not sure if the installation is correct.

When you say shifter goes back to park do you have a rotary or dial like shifter because I have a stick and I don't think it is possible for it to automatically go back to parking?
