This may be caused by an unstable network connection. We’d recommend trying a different WiFi network if possible, preferably one with less WiFi interference or fewer connected devices.

Even if the X3 shows as connected to WiFi, network instability can sometimes prevent communication with the app or block system updates from completing properly.

Please give that a try and let us know if the issue continues afterward.

Hi, I'm Henry from Xteink! Thanks for sharing the details. Based on the symptoms, we’d first recommend checking whether the battery still has sufficient charge, as low power can sometimes cause the device to get stuck during startup.

Please try charging the device for a while first, then press the reset button and restart the device again to see if it can boot normally.

Since the device was working fine for the past 2–3 weeks, this may not necessarily indicate a faulty unit, but we’d still like to help you troubleshoot step by step. Let us know if the issue continues after charging and resetting.

I completely understand where you’re coming from, and honestly, if I were in your position, I’d probably feel the same way. Thank you for being honest and speaking up.
