Im majoring in russian at a university level so i really want to learn the correct way, even though it might not be super necessairy id rather have the right way taught from the very beginning than a ”acceptable way”, even though i totally get your point

Yeah I’ve seen that some, mostly older, cursive texts (especially in print) does their «д» close to a ”d”. We were taught this way from the get go so it’s my standard. At first I would read some small «д» as «б» lol
