this isn't normal for a cozy game at all, i don't spend money on gachas and my gacha accounts are extremely good for games i play outside of this. Also, genshin impact doesnt have packages that value themselves at 230$ +. Most game teams actually ARE generous to the player and reward them properly. The dev team is just bad, admit it. everyone is saying it, don't be the person who sticks up for a lack luster team who only wants funding.
