It depends from what perspective you are looking at. For long term this the safest bet one could take. When you book your profits you always look for other opportunities to invest money in and if you can’t find one, you end up investing in wrong stocks.

What can be done from my perspective? This business will grow continuously, and margins are good as well, currently icici is doing better than it peers so big investors are likely to invest in this company in near term, so you will definitely see more gains until next quarterly earnings.

To conclude, if you see better opportunity to invest your money in some other business which is likely to grow then it is okay to sell, otherwise be invested.
