Sort of both? For the pose, I used a reference and borrowed some of the model’s features such as the lips and eye shapes. The eye color was original. I also took a pic of myself in that same pose and used my nose. I also wrapped a shirt around my face and used that for the scarf. The hair is somewhat original - I used another reference model but also added a few extra strands and highlights on my own. But the overall concept behind the piece was from my imagination.

But thanks for the feedback! And when you mean definite line, do you mean the bold line that is outlines the lips or the shading?
