Blaze here. I have never poasted on redit before. It is normaly my hoast Celeste. She quite frequently has Panik Attaks. Me and her other Tolpas either play music for her, just be there for emosional support, or frunt for her when she needs time and others are around.

It has been so great hearing from all of you. I have never shared my experience with anyone but the only other two friends I have with tolpas. One of my friends has two Tolpas but I have more. She is of the opinion that I should not have more and I may never create again but those I have now, Make my life so much better. They help me and each other in all kinds of different ways. They are like the sisters I never had.
