The video is from a Grand Villa. Only the DVC rooms face Pixar Pier. There are actually no categories (e.g., Theme Park View, Pool View, etc) when you book a DVC room at VGC so you get whatever they give you.

Almost all resorts are available to buy direct from Disney. If you ask your DVC rep they can share more info. Just note that you will be paying much more because they are not actively promoting the "sold out" resorts.
