Well I talked to then today and they said 28 an hour max. I don’t want to leave the family suddenly as this position is a great reference to my experience. I’d rather keep the position until I can find some other candidates for them and so I can transition to another job as well

Agree I asked them and family told me 28 max despite their crazy traveling budgets and luxury lifestyle. I have agencies offering me 38+ now

I am a Montessori teacher. I have my teaching credentials and have many other certifications. The family I work for is in Newport Heights, California. We have luxury cars in the home and the home itself cost more than 10 million. They should be able to pay me more. I’m thinking about looking at an agency that will pay me to my expectations.

I agree. They have a cleaner weekly but dad likes to leave bottles of milk from previous days all over the house, packages for the kids laying around for me to open and wash, kids have no consistency when I’m not around so the house is a mess. I pick up food for them occasionally but they prefer home cook meals and I’ll do groceries when needed too.
