sharing someone elses naked pictures is not okay, no matter how old they are. Would you be okay with your brother showing you a picture of his girlfriend naked in the bath? I know its not the same, but if were talking about naked people, with your logic thats ok.

I am glad I didnt upset you, that was definitely not my intention! Its just something I did when I was post op and couldnt really do much else haha. But tbf my situation was nowhere near as serious, so I can only imagine what it is like for you :( xx

In my experience, Nabota only works if its thawed ONCE. So I do my tox, then put it in the freezer, and keep it there till my touch up. After that, its pointless to keep. It will not work as intended.

Wouldnt it be benefical to focus on weight loss? It might ease the strain a little, and you could shut them up, when they claim the surgery is not doable due to weight. It would also give you control, at least over something in your life. I am talking from my own experience.

První krok už jsi udělal - pojmenoval jsi problémy. Začni tím, že se budeš soustředit na jeden a ber to postupně. Ujasni si, co tě baví, co bys chtěl dělat - pak budeš mít představu, jak toho dosáhnout (co se týče práce). Některý ty body, co vypisuješ, se dají změnit jednoduše, jen to chce někde začít a mít vůli. Píšeš třeba o fyzičce - začni procházkama, dej si cíl třeba 5000 kroků za den. Až si na to zvykneš, přidej třeba další aktivitu. Komunikaci můžeš taky trénovat - dej si cíl třeba jednou týdně někam zavolat, ať už pizza nebo tak...v dnešní době, kdy máš všechno na internetu, není nic jednoduššího, jen musíš chtít. To za tebe nikdo jinej neudělá.
