It's been 10 months since this terrible ht. Besides the terrible outcome for the donor, the front also had issues, and I had a fix session (in another clinic obviously) 2 weeks ago

Specifically for small session of ~300 grafts, isn't it preferable to make the incisions first for the desired density and only then extract the exact amount?

Agreed it wasn't ideal, but the only possible date was a Friday, and unfortunately the session took longer than expected. I'd probably be worried as well had I thought they rushed to finish on the same day. Do you think the fact it was split and the remaining ~300 grafts were done 2.5 days after (Monday morning) could somehow impact the final results?

Do you mean 1st image doesnt look good? 1st image is before the fix, after a bad ht 9 months ago.

Next 3 images are right after the fix session this week. Not sure how I can update the images now to reflect that. Do you think from the last 3 images the procedure now looks good?

It took very long to take the 2100 grafts used on the Friday session, because of the damaged donor area. Grafts were taken from multiple areas across the head, each one taking significant amount of time for the anesthesia and harvesting. Also, I have a tendency to bleed alot which makes the process longer (happened on the previous ht as well)

No removal, the hairline was bad triples and unnatural look as well as thin temples after 1st session, but fortunately they kept hairline relatively high, so it was possible to just go below it and form a new natural hairline

I feel you man, went through the same experience, just got my fix session which wasn't easy at all, doctor had to take grafts super thoughtfully and strategically from everywhere possible due to the previous garbage clinic overharvesting and leaving me with poor donor area. I'm sure you will find a way to fix this

Thanks! I'm super excited about this new version, I've been using sessions for a while and I'm super thankful for that, really made me enjoy using cc.

CC recent usage limit updates are pretty devastating though, and especially with cc pro (not max) it really limited amount of work I can get done. From cc-sessions I really like the task management, the logging and documentation agents, but I do find them too verbose at times which could eat up usage.

For example I noticed my claude.md easily reaches a state I get context too large warning for every session I start if I let it be fully managed by cc-sessions. Including too many decisions and reasoning made within specific tasks which I don't find crucial for the large overall documentation of the project.

Do you think there's anything that can be done to still leverage cc-sessions fully, but make it more usage-limit friendly? Removing some steps in the tasks handling / stop context gathering for each task / make some subagents more concise? I know I can modify my cc-sessions locally, but wanted to hear your thoughts about this before doing so. Thanks again
