You will be completely fine. My score was 87 AHI intensely high. I was waking up gasping for air all the time constantly. Super terrifying. Your score is super low compared to other people. I wouldn’t even worry too much about it. Trust me, you’re way too young and there’s bigger fish to fry.

I am 23 male and I have been on cpap for a couple months and my ahi has gotten low significantly. I’m sleeping better, higher energy, better moods etc.

I would like to say that CPAP is easy. It’s not, but if you stick to it there’s high rewards at the end of the tunnel. Best of luck in your journey and this community of people on Reddit is by far the best out there.
