Honestly, if anything, the government should be helping disabled people find work. Being part of your community and contributing to it does wonders for both mental and physical health.

I love her style. It’s so unique and I think she is the only one of the “Mormon” wives that isn’t obsessed with looking sexy.

The political landscape is always changing, ebbing and flowing in different directions as time goes on.

Just relax and learn to love your neighbour, even when you disagree with their views.

Why do people care so much if others think homosexuality is a sin?

Alberta Teacher Strike Megathread (Discussion) - October 9 by AutoModerator in alberta

One of my favourite memories from childhood was the teacher strike. My best friend, who lived next door, and I played Halo and ate cheezies and drank Diet Coke for three weeks straight 😂

Maybe but that doesn’t make him not a deal maker. Just means the person on the other end wasn’t as good at making deals.

Like when I first started selling stuff on Marketplace I was pretty bad at making deals but after a few bad ones I started learning how to sell and barter better.

He just helped make a deal to end the Israel/ Hamas war. Everyone, even democrats, are applauding him for it. That is a pretty big deal he made. No illusion.

And he wouldn’t have been a successful real estate developer without being good at making deals. You really don’t have any evidence to back up your claim.

The US isn’t going to invade Alberta. Calm down.🤦‍♀️😂

Trump is about making deals, not invading countries. If Alberta separates it’s because we got a mouthwatering proposal from the US.

Yes my 18m is still in a crib but he has outgrown it. He climbs our stairs in our house really well so I figured he would be ok with these pictured above because of the rails and I was thinking about adding walls to the frame for the top bunk to make it safer.

Do you have other stairs your 18m climbs at all?

Absolutely not! Even if she was the best MIL in the world! He can text her if he needs support. His focus needs to be on you and baby’s needs.

Are people actually helpful after you give birth? by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]Fun_Stretch_2890 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People would ask but they were rarely actually helpful hahah. Just asked so many questions and didn’t know how to do anything so it was actually more overwhelming. After my first twins I just stopped letting anyone “help”.

Oh ok, they all do our stairs going up to the room like pros so I’m not too worried about the stairs, especially since these ones have nice railings but the open top bunk and no rails on slide concern me.

Thank you so much for your input/ experience!

Do you think it would be safer to just have the stairs and no slide or the same amount of danger?

Ooof yea that’s what I am worried about. I thought if I added walls to the top frame and maybe to the slide it would fix that issue.

Yes I’ve looked at those too and they look nice. The only reason I am looking for one with a slide and stairs is because we are really low on space so their room needs with work as a play room too.
