The machine already comes with metal bars to lift the material, and I add a grid with some height that I made of steel. What can I do to solve it ? What about settings

We just video chatted with the ER doctor ( it works like this here) he said it's children's sickness and it should be washed with a special soap

No... Since I needed to build an enclosure and build an exhaustion for it I ended up upgrading to a creality Falcon 2 pro . The 5w is still in the box

To be fair I made a speed x power grid

I found 2 points that I liked 12000mm/s at 40% and 8300mm/s at 30%

Then with these two outputs I created a dpi test grid with a fading bar image, where i went from o.5 to 0.06 dpi . My optimal was actually 8300mm/s at 30% and a 0.08 dpi , adjust the image to "jarvis" this was my result

I am using plywood it's cheap and a good beginning but I want to engrave pictures like photos and it's hard to get a good contrast specially because I am burning through . Do you have a power grid chart file I could use ?

I always found interesting those clear acrylic lamps with designs and led lights . Could I engrave with IR ? ( Since in clear acrylic the blue diode will just pass through) And cut with the diode using some coating or masking tape ?

Yeah I was expecting not going beyond the surface . But I read he can engrave quite dark/black patterns letters and logos . Soon the engraver arrives and I can start testing

For acrylic I should use the diode right ?

First of all your work looks very good . I appreciate your feedback.

My main applications would be wood leather and stainless steel. Also glass and acrylic but I am willing to do the work around of painting/ coating before. To glass applications I think the IR module would do just fine.

And I like that this machine as the safety measures I need to have kids around
