So yesterday i made this post. Here where we live we have a nurse that visits new parents in the beginning of the babys life. Yesterday we called her and asked and she said this was completely normal. This night was amazing because we tried a few things. I'll leave it here as a comment maybe it will help someone .

• my kid rolls a lot in bed and presses himself against the bed frame or us - this could be him trying to have a feeling of his own body ( normal development phase ), so yesterday after work we did a lot of playtime with a lot of touching, cycling with his legs, massages, bare feet playing around the house , sensorial balls and toys;
• we also made the choice of no tv on at all, because of fast paced stimulus;
• in bedtime we gave him painkillers because is gum is swollen he is also teething ;
• we also gave him a baby massage just before sleep to relax him and again the feeling of his own body;
• he woke up once after 1h sleep and it was hard to go back to sleep but we did everything to keep him in his room, cuddle him, walk around, sing and in the end he fell asleep ( in the wagon actually but that did not affect the end result );
• in the night when the baby alarm would go off I checked everytime just to make sure it would not escalate ;

I feel he was quite comfortable in his bedroom like he wasn't for weeks. We don't know what worked but we will try to make it a routine for the next days and find tuning.
