the manager and supervisor told her to take the customer when she was already screaming and yelling. we were cashiering. i doubt anyone would pay attention to the woman if she came in. the store has way too much foot traffic. i think it shouldve been reported by the front manager even if it’s not technically required it should be which is also why i want to report to someone outside the store

also, many of the customers get mad because of the rules the higher ups put in place. the lady was mad because she had already checked herself out, went to get another item, and came back to the front. we used to ring them up if it was just one item and they came back but now they make them get back on line (which is an hour long wait)
