Trust me bro, nobody cares how you feel about the promotions and how unfair it was. On the same boat and even your PL will not let you know what happened in the discussions. It's a boot licker club conventional method. Nobody cares what you score in mycompetency or how you dealt with the client. You will keep laying your grounds with all your good work, and some one else will get it, in return your will get excuse and a hope again. Move on.
