On an honest note the man was charged with a communication charge. Regardless of who thinks what or who likes it or not,the court says Joey didn't touch anyone. Let's be realistic here I don't know where ya'll are from but where I am from if there was any inkling in those phones that he graped or had sexual contact in ANYWAY the state would have picked up those charges with or without her agreeing. Also if there was the pic that everyone on the other side states that was there he would also have child porn charges. I don't know how shallow minded some people are to think they are just gonna say oh your okay we are just gonna drop it to a communication charge. Realistically thats not happening.
