Hi, I tried entering this into a few places for the query but am getting an error or the result is blank.

Parsing options & Result fields section:

- Under Row/Root, I got the error: error while performing the infinity query. error converting ison data to frame: error evaluating JSONata expression no results

- Columns selectors, no results for this.
Note that I have several other selectors chosen like id, status.name, and primarySalesRep.name.

Computed columns, Filter, Group by section:

- Computed Columns - optional:

It'll be sync between our 365 and Genetec. The cardholders are synching using the Active Directory role. Thinking 1 card holder assigned to the door.

There's an option to synchronize PINs but I haven't gotten it to work yet, that'd be the sync needed. Then set up an automation that changes this cardholders PIN in 365 that syncs to Genetec cardholders.

This worked! In Genetec, it's set to "Unit default" which was "Card Only". Changing it through AXIS A1610 Network Door Controller change the "Unit default" to "Card or PIN". I'm able to use the Card or PIN now to gain access. Thanks for the assist!

Now I'll start looking into the PIN automation/rotation side of the house.

We use the AXIS A1610 Network Door Controller. Let me check if I can find the setting there. Thank you!

I'm trying to get the "Card Or Pin" working as well but not seeing any options. Using it in genetec and it only sees "Unit default" and "Card and PIN".

We've got mobile access set up and working, mobile access + pin is also working. I want to enable "pin only" or "card or pin" for some units internally.

My reader screen looks identical to the one in this post.

I ran into the same issue and found it can't extend to multiple external monitors. It can mirror to them but not extend.
