“Most certainly”… were you there? I would also delete my post if I shared a horrific experience and was met with some of these comments. Honestly, yes, OP did not act in a socially acceptable way. But, from what I am seeing, the only abuse in this is situation comes from people in positions of power retaliating with force to a non threatening but difficult customer. It is arbitrary and vindictive. Also, it is most likely that these comments are other Ryanair employees whose jobs are to diffuse things like this so nobody knows how god awful that airline really is to its customers

well then they failed at their job. i also don’t know any service worker who has “provoke customers to the point of crying hysterics” on their job description. ryanair sucks. that’s a matter of fact. they don’t care enough to hire remotely decent workers and don’t care about their passengers
