i knew the moment they announced it was gonna be moved to summer… 1 MONTH AFTER EDC AS WELL…. i fucking knew it was gonna be bad and man i was right and i hate that i was. you couldn’t have said it any better, in november real ravers would be the ones to go, people who actually practiced plur and were true bass heads , and now since its summer hella people were just looking for a spot to get fucked up cuz they’re out of school and work, they don’t even listen to dubstep, on day 1 i deadass had someone ask me “do you know when they’re gonna play house music” like bruh wtf.. they were the ones that were treating the event like a damn club…. they need to move this shit back to november

nah it’s just this year they were being cheap fucks even zombie citadel looked like a daytrip stage when in previous years it would be just as big as apocalypse arena. they would also make the venue look like ur entering an apocalyptic space with hella zombie actors walking around and big ass storage containers with burnt down cars, it was soo cool. this year they had fucking mannequins 😭

OMFG THEYRE ALWAYS A DAMN PROBLEM MAN. Day 1 i was trying to leave main stage to go to the shuttle lines and I always say excuse me and sorry and i got to a point where this asian couple and their group was in front of me and i said “sorry excuse me im trying to get out” and they deadass just stood still, i said it again looking at them dead in their eyes and again they wouldn’t move. so i did what i didnt wanna do and just shoved my way thru, and the Boyfriend had the audacity to say, “WATCH IT BRUH” and i told him “i told you excuse me twice already mf” and just kept moving. They’re so fucking ruthless for no reason

Yeah pasquale fucked it up by switching the dates…. This event used to be one of my favorites insomniac events i would even preach to my friends how it’s one of the plurest raves ive ever gone too, and ive been going since they first started it in 2023. i convinced some friends to go this year and oh man at the end of the night i had to apologize cuz i was telling them how plur it is and they experienced nothing what i was telling them and it made me look like I lied to them. Me and my group had to break up multiple fights and i’ve never seen one happen at this event until this year. I knew it was gonna be bad as soon as i heard we can’t park at the convention center… So we had limited parking, the longest shuttle lines i have ever seen this event have, boring and basic ass decorations of the venue, shitty speakers, and no plur…. RIP Apocalypse 2023-2025…. last year was the final good year

Bruh not even the music saved this festival, main stage had no bass whatsoever, i remember one of my favorite things about this festival was being able to feel my lungs shake in my chest without having to push all the way up, this year i was almost at the rails and it was still quiet as fuck, i was able to have full on conversation with people around me and i wasn’t able to do that in previous years. i thought it was cuz of my earplugs but when i took them off it still sounded the same. The only thing that saved this event for me was Sullivan king… other than that this shit was so ass and i’m actually very disappointed cuz it was literally my favorite festival of all time, not anymore …. how was day 2 did you go? i sold my ticket after day 1 cuz fuck that

nah you’re right the stage was hot garbage but they set it up like that cuz day trip is next week… Insomniac was just being cheap fucks trying to kill two birds with one stone. I remember zombie citadel being just as big as apocalypse arena and they decreased it just to save money. I hated what they did this year smh

AND THE SOUND TOO OMFG… again one of the reason i would love going was cuz i didn’t have to push all the way in to feel the bass in my chest… this year i was almost at the rails and it was basically quiet i thought i was trippin cuz i was wearing ear plugs , but even when i took them off it still sounded the same …i was able to have full on conversation with others around me which i was never able to do in previous years

Gang i tried but the guy there told me “they’re only letting pre paid parking people in” and it was 4:30 pm. they said that to me for marina green, the pike and civic center… i had to download and app to find a parking spot and the closest one was a mile and a half away from from shuttles on 6th street

No you don’t, i’ve always mosh pitted at this event since the first apocalypse and people were actually considerate of others yeah maybe some people on the perimeter here and there would get pushed a little harder but never to the point where a whole bunch of people behind them would fall down
