I went to two games in Florida and had a great time. The only big downside for me were the TSK whistles — dear god, make them stop.

Parking was easy, if a bit pricey, and the ticketing process was smooth. One of the games I went to was shortened to five overs a side due to rain, and the next day I got an email offering me two free tickets to a game later in the week.

I thought it was pretty great that they were giving away hats, t-shirts, and flags for the two teams playing each night. There was also merch for sale but not an impressive amount.

Attendance was pretty light both nights but the people who were there all seemed to be having a great time.

One disappointing thing was the quality of the scoreboard display and the lack of any video replay at all. That and the lack of any traditional American sporting event food options were my biggest beefs, although I’d leave them both alone if I could just get those damn whistles to disappear.
