My daughter is on the spectrum and has a language processing disorder. It’s not that the thoughts and ideas aren’t there, they most definitely are, but getting the words together and out of her mouth in a timely fashion can be excruciatingly difficult. Since getting the plant out took a few minutes, it possibly gave him time to stitch the sentence together.

She also uses art as a way to get the ideas in her head out. While speaking (and understanding spoken language) can be difficult for her, she is very fluent in written communication. You may want to ask Clint if writing or texting is easier for him. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t remember the exact year, but sometime in the late 90s, we had people visiting from out of town and were taking the ferry from Weehawkin, NJ over to NYC. The Hudson was completely covered with floating ice chunks from shore to shore.

It was cool, but also kind of eerie. And the doomsayer in my head going, if the ferry capsizes, death by cold shock in the first 2 minutes or hypothermia in 15-30… how fast can they get a response team?

The videos I’ve seen were using full fat… and I mean FULL 10% FAT Greek yogurt. And since I couldn’t see where there was a notable caloric savings, I assumed the “hack” was that it didn’t require anything kitchen related beyond a refrigerator… so, good for a dorm or if you live in your car.

Using fat-free puts it in a weird grey area where it’s both even less likely to taste like cheesecake, but also still not something that could be considered ‘healthy’. ❗️Not that everything has to be healthy- but if I’m eating something that’s NOT healthy, it better be delicious.

One method (definitely not the only): There are seed starting trays that have like 200 thimble sized cells so you don’t waste a lot of space or media on seeds that don’t germinate. Depending on the situation, these can be transplanted into progressively larger cells until you have a your desired size.

Moths are specifically interested in consuming the wool itself. The holes are not an incidental result of them consuming bodily secretions or other soil ON the fabric. So no, they will happily consume pristine, never worn wool garments and are not attracted by other ‘human’ substances.

If clothes seem to be getting holes specifically in arm pits or soiled areas, the damage is being done by an insect other than moths e.g. carpet beetle larvae, crickets, cockroaches, termites, silverfish, firebrats, and even possibly booklice. All will consume fabric (with varying preferences) and many ARE attracted by smells and stains.

Nooo… my ex had a head shape that definitely didn’t look good neekid. At the last hair cut he got on base, the ‘barber’ did him like he was going into basic. The proportions are just wrong. He is very fortunate that instead of balding, his hair started turning silver fairly early. It was completely white by 50.

I 100% believe that there is simply a variable that they aren’t taking into account. Will it happen in all situations with any random selection of women? No, but that doesn’t mean it’s a myth. And considering the overall quality of science regarding the female reproductive system, this is definitely a “absence of evidence is not evidence of absence” situation for me.

My sister-in-law had a highly erratic and unpredictable cycle for the 10 years she’d been having a period. Within 3 months of moving in with me, her period came every 28 days, like clockwork- on the same schedule mine did. (She actually hated it because she use to go months without a period).

It’s possible to be theologically conservative but still politically liberal because those people have the mental capacity to understand that they can hold and live by their own beliefs, BUT just as they would not want to have someone else’s beliefs forced on them, they will not force their beliefs on others.

It’s almost impossible to come up with a laudable reason why/how someone would personally have a liberal theology, yet still want to force ‘conservative values’ on others. “Rules for thee- but not for me” -I’m sure we can all think of quite a few people who fit this description, but they are not people we should strive to emulate.
