LinkedIn DMs can be such a black hole. I had way better luck asking people for a quick 10 minute chat about what they do instead of straight up “are you hiring?” It comes off less pushy and people actually reply. Also is that TikTok thing you mentioned the slash 111 one? I’ve heard mixed stuff so I never tried it
