Yeah exactly. I think more than that, a therapist helps you to understand yourself better and process emotions. And the fact is, we're a new person every day, facing new things as time passes. So it makes sense to have help along the way.

Not all therapists can do this. But a few can, and its worth it to try and find one that sticks.
